Saturn would float
Saturn’s mean density is about 0.69 grams per cubic centimetre, less than liquid water.

Mass comes from satellites and the pull on moons. Volume comes from the visible radius. Divide. Saturn, a ball of hydrogen and helium with a dense core, averages less than water.
Dropping it in an ocean is a cartoon. It would not remain a rigid ball, and no ocean is that large. The density is not a cartoon. Mean density below 1 g/cm³ is a measured fact about the planet.
Caveats
- The comparison is to liquid water at everyday pressure, not to whatever exotic fluid you imagine at Saturn’s core.
